The Residence Columbia is a residence for families located in Bibione, built in the 80’s and then subjected to a multi-stage renovation and urban plan which brings out a new stylish design, rich in cool housing details.

Our apartments come in 5 different sizes, all for 4 or 5 people, making the structure one of the largest realities in Bibione: there are two Basic Comfort and three New Comfort types of flats, renovated in a fresh and functional furnishing design.

In addition to the basic standard, we provide an upper apartments level with greater range of services, such as dishwashers and microwave ovens. Besides these types, there is also the option to a “Trilo”, which provides a small bedroom with bunk bed fit for children.

The apartments in our family residence in Bibione, Italy mostly consist of a double room with double bed and third extra bed, a living area with kitchenette and a sitting area with a sofa (which can become a comfortable double bed for kids). There is also a large veranda where relaxing or dining surrounded by nature. Each apartment is equipped by a practical private bathroom with shower.

The rates include beach service (sun-umbrella with two sunbeds per apartment), parking, sheets and pillowcases upon arrival, Wi-Fi, final cleanings.
